Wendy obtained her degree in interior design from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, where she received the IDIBC Student Award of Excellence for her repurposing project, the MR Evans Award for Environmental Consideration, and two Leadership Awards. After graduation, she obtained her LEED Professional accreditation. Since then Wendy has worked in different areas of design including corporate and commercial work, as well as residential design, which she finds the most rewarding. Wendy’s travels have taken her through Europe, Asia, Central America and South America; this has given her a well rounded appreciation for a multitude of design styles. Wendy understands that Vancouver has become a cultural and social melting pot, with diverse architectural and design influences, and embraces the challenge of fusing these influences with West Coast style.
